Affiliate Program Terms

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The PureTweaks Affiliate Program lets approved participants refer customers to PureTweaks using a personal referral link or code. Subject to these Terms, eligible completed purchases may earn commission at the rate assigned to the affiliate's current level.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid Discord account, provide accurate application and payout information, and be legally able to participate where you live. You may not apply on behalf of another person without authority to do so.

3. Affiliate Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. PureTweaks may review the information supplied, approve or reject an application, and request additional information. An affiliate account becomes active only after approval or when the program's automatic approval setting is enabled.

4. Affiliate Links and Promo Codes

Each approved affiliate may receive a unique link and code. Referral attribution is recorded by the website for the duration configured in the program settings. Customers may also enter an affiliate code during checkout. Only the server's recorded order and attribution data is used to calculate commission.

5. Commission Rates

Commission rates depend on the affiliate's current level and the rates configured by PureTweaks. The dashboard displays the current rate. Unless a separate written agreement applies, commission is calculated from the qualifying order total after discounts and before any later refund or chargeback adjustment.

6. Affiliate Level System

PureTweaks may assign higher levels when an affiliate reaches the configured number of successful sales. The current thresholds, level names, and commission rates are displayed in the program and dashboard. Refunded or otherwise invalid orders do not count toward level progression.

7. Valid Sales

Commission is earned only on purchases that are successfully paid, recorded by PureTweaks, and considered valid. Pending orders, duplicate events, test purchases, orders not attributed by the system, and purchases that do not complete are not eligible.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back purchases do not qualify for commission. If a commission was recorded before a refund or chargeback, PureTweaks may mark it as refunded and remove it from unpaid earnings or a pending payout.

9. Self Referrals

You may not use your own affiliate link or code to earn commission on your own purchase, or arrange purchases primarily to create commission. PureTweaks may block self-referrals and review suspicious activity without automatically banning an account.

10. Payout Schedule

Affiliate payouts are generally prepared after the end of each calendar month. Processing time may vary while transactions, payout details, or account status are reviewed. The dashboard shows the estimated next payout date and current payout status.

11. Payout Methods

Current payout options are PayPal and Paysafecard, subject to availability and the information required for manual processing. Bank Transfer is currently unavailable and cannot be selected. Payout details are used only to process affiliate payments and are not public.

12. Minimum Payout

Payouts require at least €10.00 in approved commission. PureTweaks may set a higher minimum, which will be shown in the affiliate dashboard. Unpaid eligible commissions below the minimum carry forward to a later payout period.

13. Fraud and Abuse

PureTweaks may reject or reverse commissions generated through fraud, abuse, manipulation, misleading attribution, self-referral, invalid transactions, or violation of these Terms. PureTweaks may suspend a payout while it reviews a reasonable concern.

14. Affiliate Content

You are responsible for content you publish to promote PureTweaks. Do not make false or misleading claims, promise results or guarantees that PureTweaks does not make, or misrepresent prices, services, or availability.

When required, clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Affiliate links and promotional content should state that you may receive compensation from qualifying purchases. Do not hide or obscure this disclosure.

15. Brand Usage

You may use promotional assets that PureTweaks has approved for affiliate use. You may not impersonate PureTweaks, suggest that you are an employee or official representative, modify brand assets deceptively, or register confusingly similar accounts, domains, or marks.

16. Termination

You may leave the program by contacting PureTweaks. PureTweaks may disable or suspend an affiliate account if these Terms are violated, information is inaccurate, or program integrity requires review. You must stop using affiliate links and brand assets when your participation ends.

17. Outstanding Commissions

Valid unpaid commissions may remain payable after participation ends, subject to the applicable minimum payout, payout verification, refunds, chargebacks, legal requirements, and any review of suspected abuse. Commissions that are invalid or connected to a violation may be rejected.

18. Program Changes

PureTweaks may change the program, levels, rates, attribution period, minimum payout, or payout conditions. Where appropriate, notice will be provided through the website, dashboard, or the contact details on the affiliate account. Changes will not alter a payout already marked as paid.

19. Privacy

Referral, application, sales, and payout data is processed to operate the program, prevent abuse, provide reporting, and pay affiliates. Affiliate and referral data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Affiliates must not seek or disclose private customer information.
